Born Buenos Aires, Argentina, August 8, 1926; Education: University of Buenos Aires (Lawyer, 1950, S.J.D. 1954) and Southern Methodist University (L.L.M. in Comparative Law, cum laude 1956). Author of: (a) Books: "Common Law and Civil Law" 1959, "El Compromiso Argentino" 1969; (b) articles on Labor Law, Legal Procedure, International Law and Legal Philosophy. Professor of Law, Graduate Division, Southern Methodist University, 1957/58. Counselor Clerk of the Supreme Court of Justice of Argentina, 1960/61. Founder of Abeledo Gottheil Abogados in 1963, partner until December, 2001. Currently of counsel to the Firm and involved as arbitrator or mediator in specific matters. Languages: Spanish, English, French and Italian.
