American University, Washington College of Law (L.L.M., 1993), Foreign Associate at Sidley & Austin (Now: “Sidley Austin Brown & Wood), New York, N,Y., U.S.A. (1993/94). Graduated in Telecommunications Law Specialization Course, Buenos Aires University Law School (1996). Speaker at the Telecommunications Panel in the Regional Conference "Practicing law in the Americas", organized by the American University, in Miami, Florida, October, 1997. His speech, on “Telecommunications in Mercosur” was published in the American University International Law Review Volume 13, Number 4. Speaker at the panel on Argentina in the International Communications Society (ITS) 2000 Biennal Conference. Author, “Last Steps in the Deregulation Process”,  author of “The New Legal Framework for the Competitive Telecommunications Sector” and “The First Stages of the Competitive Telecommunications Market” (these three articles were respectively  published in the 1998, 2000 and 2001 issues of the Global Telecoms Business Guide, Euromoney Publications PLC.) In 2002, participated in the program “Strategic Directions for International Practice” held at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.  Member of the International Communications Society and of the Argentine Association of Telecommunications Lawyers. Languages: Spanish and English.
